Which Service do I need?

Basic maintenance: This type of service is recommended if you have your systems regularly serviced within 6 months of each other. If you are unsure then our on-site engineers will determine what is better suited, whether it is deep service or light service.
• Indoor units’ coils and fins chemically cleaned
• Indoor units’ fascia’s chemical clean and polish
• Outdoor units’ coils and fins chemical clean
• Outdoor units’ shell chemical clean
• Outdoor units’ clean vegetation on units only
• Heating and cooling modes check
• Check Basic Control functions
• Service (filter) tool clear and reset via controls
• Refresh Filters and micro-Filters
• Wash Filters
• Flush or blow out condensate drain line if required (Gallo Gun)
• Clean drain Pans
• Check operating temperatures air on and off
• Report promptly any defects or risks
• Examine safety controls
• Check general performance
• Indoor units’ fascia’s chemical clean and polish
• De-assemble rotary fan blades and deep cleanse
• De-face unit to get into any part with extra dirt
• Outdoor units’ coils and fins chemical clean
• Outdoor units’ shell chemical clean
• De-assemble outer shell of Outdoor units for deeper clean
• Heating and cooling modes check
• Control functions check
• Check refrigerant pressures
• Service (filter) tool clear and reset via controls
• Check operating temperatures air on and off
• Clean inside evaporator unit
• Refresh filters and micro-Filters
• Examine evaporator and valves
• Examine Condenser Valves including Schrader valves
• Check temperature controls and electric defrost system (if any)
• Clean condenser exterior (Vegetation on and surrounding area)
• Examine safety controls
• Check general performance
• Check electrical safety
• Check compressor run amps
• Check fan amps
• Lubricate moving parts (If needed only)
• Check capacitors (Not all units have these)
• Check crankcase heaters (Not all units have these)
• Check condensing coil temperature
• Adjust condensing fan speed if required
• Check defrost control (Not all units have these)
• Make sure condenser is level
• Flush or blow out condensate drain line if required (With Nitrogen if required)
• Check and clean evaporator drain pan and flush
• Check and clean fan scroll (If needed only)
• Check electrical connections
• Lubricate moving parts
• Wash filters
• Clean cabinet Check visual integrity of system and report necessary improvements
(Refrigeration only)
• Check all controller functions
• Check coil on & off temperatures
• Check thermostat level
• Check safety cut out devices such as isolators
• Briefly Check electrical connections internally
• Check controller
• Check excessive vibration and mounts
• Check thermostat level
• Check thermostat calibration
• Report promptly any defects or risks
