    Note: If systems are beyond normal state, “normal” meaning light dirty to medium dirty, and “beyond normal” meaning extremely filthy that would cause engineer to spend more time than standard, then you will be charged under hourly and half hourly increments at current rates.     Important: Cancellation fees apply which are chargeable at the rate of 1.5 hours @ current rates if cancelled within 24 hours of booking

    There is a compulsory minimum booking time which is 1.5 hours @ current rates.

    Credit Checks:

    Your Company may be subject to a Credit check prior to any booking as part of our new booking policy. This does not affect your credit rating. We are ICO registered and compliant. This does not apply to domestic clients booking us.
