Our pcb failed in one of our server room air cons. Although the PCB was a bit costly it was better to replace it than change the whole system. A previous engineer said these weren't available and that the manufacturer did not produce them. Zero Degree saved us a fortune by not having a new install and they found this part. Wow these guys were super fast. James was ever so helpful on the phone in the first instance, then we booked an engineer for next day where as 2 other company's said between 42 to 72 hours, and was puzzled as to why it would take so long when it isn't even summer yet :| Paul the engineer was amazing and rectified our noisy ac unit without complication and ease. Would most definitely recommend this company to any commercial business in London.

Wow. So impressed. Thank you James you were ever so helpful from the beginning to the end. Our office was freezing and admin staff could not work due to lack of heating. This has now been solved by Zero Degree. Perfect wall mounted system which includes free service and guarantee on install as well as free life time after sales support. What more can you ask for?
